We came to the hotel at evening and we just planned to spend one night there. The room was comfortable and staff was helpful. Despite that our room was near the elevator, we didn't face problem with a noise. In front of hotel is Tao Dan Park and behind is the street Vo Van Tan with some decent restaurants. Through the park, one can reach Reunification Palace, Notre Dam Cathedral and Diamond Shopping Center by walk (20-30 minutes).

It is my first time to stay in Saigon Star Hotel. I am very appreciated for the warm service of Vietnamese smiles. Staff are well trainned how to make us impressive. I am sure that I will come back and stay in this hotel again because of Asian friendship greetings.

Location of hotel is strategic, near to go everywhere. Nice bed and bathroom, quite cleanliness. Nice services from people in there, very helpful and polite. It's really good if hotel can improve their breakfast menu, more choice to choose especially Chinese food.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel from 14 - 16 June 2010. The staff is extremely friendly and goes out of the way to help. Response to solving any problem was prompt. We changed our room to an upgrade due to noise of Karaoke without any extra changes. Even at breakfast, they catesed for those not eating pork and offered extra items out of menu.
Overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend it to all.
